aromáma Rosemary 100% pure essential oil 5ml

Rosemary essential oil is known for its energizing, woody evergreen, herbaceous scent and is one of the most valuable essential oils in classical aromatherapy. Since the olden days, rosemary has been used as a powerful disinfectant during fever season and for other infections, and a twig of rosemary was used in spiritual ceremonies, as people believed rosemary protects from bad energy. Nowadays, rosemary essential oil is recommended during flu epidemics, bronchitis, pneumonia, and sinusitis. Rosemary essential oil is highly valued for its properties for slimming, tightening of skin, and stronger hair. It is excellent for those who study intensively, work or drive long distances – the energetic scent of rosemary tones the nervous system and activates the brain. It blends well with lavender, peppermint, eucalyptus, lemon and bergamot essential oils.

It is not recommended during pregnancy, for children under 7 years of age, asthmatics, epileptics and those suffering with high blood pressure. Because of its strong effect and stimulation, we recommend any treatments containing rosemary in the first half of the day.

Rosemary essential oil comes from our suppliers worldwide, and is bottled in the fragrant aromáma laboratory in Lithuania. Every single bottle is touched by our beautiful Goddesses’ hands.

How to use:

    • In case of bronchitis, sinusitis or any other respiratory diseases, use rosemary essential oil with your diffuser. To enhance the effect, blend rosemary oil with eucalyptus or peppermint essential oils. These oils stimulate the immune system, disinfect the airways, and aid a speedy recovery. Keep in mind it will also cleanse the air in the house. Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil into the diffuser.

    • Use rosemary with your diffuser when you are intensively studying or working, the scent will encourage concentration. In this case, combine rosemary with lemon, which also stimulates brain activity.

    • If you want to feel as if you are in Provence, add 3 drops of rosemary with 5 drops of lavender to your diffuser. It is a traditional synergy, which creates a bohemian mood typical of Southern France.

    • During the cold winter season, clean your floors and furniture with a bucket of water containing 8 to 10 drops of rosemary oil. Clean surfaces and floors with a cloth dipped in the water. Rosemary will not only disinfect, but also will give a warm and cosy scent.

    • If you are suffering with a severe cough, bronchitis or pneumonia, prepare a massage blend (for adults only!): 50ml sweet almond oil + 5 drops of rosemary, 5 drops of thyme and 5 drops of eucalyptus radiata. Rub your chest and back several times a day. Remember not to use it if you have a fever (high temperature)!

    • Rub the soles of your feet with pure rosemary essential oil if you feel unwell. Repeat it 2 to 3 times a day. Suitable for kids from 7 years of age and adults.

    • To treat unwanted cellulite, prepare the following blend: 50ml sweet almond oil + 20 drops of rose grapefruit + 20 drops of rosemary essential oils. Massage the blend into your thighs, bottom and abdomen areas straight after a shower on slightly damp skin.

    • Rosemary oil is exceptionally good for scalp and hair treatments. If you have weak hair or suffer from hair loss, when washing, add a few drops of rosemary to your shampoo, conditioner or mask. It will help to strengthen your hair and give a shiny look. Attention! We recommend enriching cosmetics with essential oils while you are using them, i.e. add drops directly on your palm together with your chosen product; do not mix essential oil into the original packaging of a product, it might affect the consistency of cosmetics in a long run.

    • For slowly growing hair and hair-loss, prepare a wonderful mask: 50ml of camellia seed oil + 15 drops of rosemary + 15 drops of thyme essential oils. Massage the oil vigorously into your hair roots, put on a shower cap, wait for 15 to 20 min., wash and rinse your hair as normal. Repeat the procedure at least twice a week or more. It stimulates blood circulation, so more oxygen and nutrients can flow to the bulbs of your hair, which in the long run results in stronger, shinier hair, which also grows faster.

    • Rosemary is widely used as a pain relieve remedy for muscle and joint aches, neuralgia, etc. In such cases, blend the following oils and rub painful areas twice a day: 50ml of sweet almond oil + 15 drops of rosemary, 10 drops of lavender, and 5 drops of chamomile essential oils.

    • If you have any respiratory issues, but do not have a high temperature, make yourself an aromatherapeutic bath with rosemary oil.

Attention! Never drip pure essential oil into the bath. Add a required amount of essential oil to a teaspoon of vegetable oil (such as sweet almond or camellia oil) or ½ glass of milk and pour the mixture into the bath. Bathe for at least 7 to 10 min. so that the essential oils can make their way into your system.

12+ teenagers and adults 5 to 8 drops

Aromatherapeutic baths are strictly not recommended for people with high blood pressure.
